Dr's Dan Preece DPM, Darren Groberg DPM and Christian Smith DPM, partners of Utah Musculoskeletal Specialists, deliver exceptional podiatric care to patients throughout the Salt Lake City, Utah, area. Led by board-certified physicians Darren Groberg DPM, and Daniel Preece DPM, our practice provides comprehensive care for a diverse group of patients from all across Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Idaho.

Our team helps patients manage common podiatric concerns such as foot and ankle trauma, chronic wound care, infection control, bunions, hammertoe, and ingrown toenails. We also use the most advanced treatment options for chronic wound care available including skin grafting, skin substitutes, Ultramist debridements and collaborations with hyperbarics and plastic surgeons etc.

We are also, very excited to announce an in office MRI service.  This means that certain patients that are cash pay and with certain insurance companies, may be able to get an MRI on their Foot/Ankle (also knee, elbow, wrist and hand) on the same day as their appointment saving them mutiple trips and visits to a hospital or imaging center.   We accept all insurances, timing of your scan may depend on the time needed to obtain a preauthorization.  Cash pay patients may walk in and the cost is $400/scan.

We also provide ongoing foot and ankle care, including comprehensive follow-up visits and weekly visits for chronic concerns involved in diabetic limb salvage and wound care.
