Tips for a successful visit

  • Come 15 minutes early if you are a new patient to allow time to fill out paperwork.
  • Please bring your most commonly worn shoes.
  • Bring any orthotics or bracing you may have used in the recent past.
  • Bring a current list of medications and dosages.
  • Know who your primary care doctor is and their contact information.
  • Know your surgical history well.
